Tendor Archive Box Index

Find packed household items by box and location, track moves and loans, and print QR labels.

The item you need is somewhere in the basement, attic, garage, or moving stack. Opening every box wastes time and often leaves the storage area worse than before. Tendor Archive Box Index gives every box a stable code and turns scattered household storage into one searchable offline map.

Build nested locations such as Home > Basement > Shelf A, add boxes, and record the items inside them with quantities, categories, tags, notes, and optional photo references. Search across item names, box names, codes, tags, notes, and full location paths in one step.

When a box moves, record the destination without losing its movement history. When an item or entire box is lent to someone, record the borrower, loan date, optional due date, and return. The dashboard makes overdue loans and boxes due for review visible.

Select boxes and export an A4 HTML label sheet containing box details, item names, and QR codes that a normal phone camera can read. Export the full index to CSV whenever you want a portable copy. Photo paths are references only; photos are never copied or uploaded.

There is no account, server, cloud upload, advertising, analytics, or subscription. The archive index remains in a local application data file on this PC. Tendor Archive Box Index is a focused box and storage organizer, not an insurance valuation or legal records system.
